This is a laundry layout (.DWG) for a hotel with 80 to 100 rooms. The twin Milnor 30022V8Z (spec sheet) washers have 60 lb. capacity and are a normal, 300 g-force capacity. 208-240 volt, 1 phase is the most common voltage. Each washer requires three 3/4” water inlets.

The fully programmable, touch screen MilTouch controller allows for custom programming by the chemical vendor. It is also easy to operate for staff and has great diagnostics for our technicians. The higher, 300 g-force spec sheetsaves money on utilities because it slings more water from the wash load which requires less natural gas to dry.

Two Electrolux DE-683 (spec sheet) dryers receive the washer loads. Dryers should be larger in capacity than washers and these are paired perfectly. Natural gas heat dryers with 120 volt, 1 phase common outlets are typical.

Note that the dryers are 3’ off of the wall to allow for service and vents.
